How do I become a member of PMIIRL?

To join the Ireland Chapter of PMI, you must visit the PMI Global website and become a PMI member.

You will need to purchase:

  1. A PMI individual membership
  2. The Ireland Chapter of PMI Membership

The following represents the steps you need to take: · Go to the PMI Global Website at www.pmi.org

  • Once there, click Join at the top of the page.
  • This opens Type of Membership, select the type that is right for you by clicking the Join or Renew Today link next to that membership type

How do I register for events?

How do you self-report PDUs?

Participants in workshops and seminars need to report PDUs directly with PMI.

To Report PDUs: · Go to www.pmi.org

  • Click on Login (upper right hand corner)
  • Go to top left hand corner and click the in the Certification Status box and then click on 'Report PDUs
  • Choose PDU Category ex. Course or Training
  • Include the details requested
  • Click Submit

Can I claim PDUs if I have no certificate with PMI?

No. You cannot claim any PDUs for anything that you did before becoming PMP certified.
