Project Management for the Voluntary Sector

Frances Keating presents a one day workshop on Project Management for the Voluntary Sector. 

The course  provides an introduction to the basics of project management as well as tools and techniques to help develop skills to become a great project manager leading successful projects.  Participants will take one of their own projects as a case study and learn how to create a plan to identify the tasks needed to accomplish the scope of work, manage time efficiently and communicate with other team members and stakeholders. The workshop takes place at Volunteer Centres Ireland Dublin HQ.

Frances keating PMP is a CIPD qualified trainer, specialising in project management training. She has designed and delivered a number of training courses to suit different participant profiles and organisational requirements. As a Senior Project Manager for 15 years her  experience covers several sectors including telecoms, financial services and software development.
