Terence has extensive Project Management experience in both the public and private sector and is currently the Competency Director in the IT Alliance Group. He has been with ITA since 2004 and set up the Project Management Practice in the company amongst other initiatives. The company delivers a range of IT & Consultative Services in Ireland and the UK.

His current interests include International Project Management and Project Governance across a range of sectors. He also set up the only annual project management conference in Ireland, which is now in its eight year – an initiative he continues to support

He is a founding member of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Ireland chapter and is a past president of the chapter.  He has also published a series of articles on various project management & IT topics in both practitioner and academic journals. Finally he is currently completing a Doctorate in Governance.
