Bausch & Lomb is the eye health company dedicated to perfecting vision and enhancing life for people around the world. Its core businesses include contact lenses and lens care products, ophthalmic surgical devices and instruments, and ophthalmic pharmaceuticals. The company is headquartered in Rochester, N.Y., and employs more than 10,000 people worldwide. Its products are available in more than 100 countries.
Kevin joined Bausch and Lomb in 2004. In his role he deals with projects that improve both technology and the levels of automation at the Waterford facility. These engineering changes aim to improve the competitiveness of Bausch & Lomb and make working there a challenging and rewarding experience.

John Sisk & Son Ltd is the largest general contracting company in Ireland. With offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Dundalk, Galway, Limerick, Sligo and Waterford, Sisk have completed major projects throughout Ireland for a wide range of clients across all sectors.
Declan joined Sisk in 1992. His current role includes responsibility for project management of the high-profile office and visitor centre project, The Mall, Waterford. This project incorporates the renovation and upgrade of the former ESB building to offices for Waterford City Council (WCC) and display showrooms on the ground floor for Waterford Wedgewood & Royal Doughton (WWRD).
