16:10 Management of Software Development  - Michael O'Duffy & Ian Lawthers CSE

Michael and Ian will provide an introduction to a number of approaches for the management of software development projects. It will include references to frameworks such as CMMI and SPICE and techniques supporting Agile Development.

Both Michael and Ian work in the Centre for Software Engineering (CSE) in Dublin. Founded in 1990 the CSE delivers services to software organisations to establish their strategic positioning, drive innovation and improvement and increase their capability to create and exploit high quality software products and services.
