14:10 Managing Large Scale Global deployments

Steve Mckenna will discuss the approach to establishing and managing a large global program at an executive level. Particularly Steve will share the process to getting large scale programs supported by executives and structured for success. Steve will also share the process to identifying the real business case for the program by working with our customer, our own internal call centres. Finally, how to manage change at an executive level as the program progresses through to deployment.

Dave Kirwan leads the Accenture ERP practice across Ireland and will speak about how establishing a partner relationship on a program to create an optimal mix of skills that can lead to great results.

Adopting Change Management Principles, Jonathan Jones will discuss the process to bring about change in our global call centres, educating our users on why the program is bringing change and how best we can prepare and support them through the deployment of the new application.

In these times, it’s more than ever necessary to clearly and constantly check and balance a program against its business case. Paul Baguley will discuss the process to ensuring that large scale programs are monitored against their critical success factors.
