Chris Riggs, Senior Lead Program Manager, Windows Live, recently relocated from Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington to the Dublin site. Chris will be sharing his observations on the differences and similarities in Communications practices between the two locations and what unique challenges they present.

Vincent Gadani - Project Manager, Office Localization Vincent developed a Information Systems tool to manage the flow of information from Program-specific team and functional meetings

Barry O'Sullivan – Project Manager Virtual Team Communications and KHI's

Marie Mansfield - Senior Lead Project Manager, Office LIP Team Marie’s team discussed the challenges the Office LIP team faced and how her team implemented PMI-based practices to provide structure to her team’s activities. We will be checking in with Marie to see how their thinking has evolved, how PMI standards have benefited their work and what their next steps are.
