Team Awareness in the Project Environment

Team is part of any project environment and it can be argued that a successful team often results in a successful project. Focusing on the relationships within teams, teaching teams to use a collaborative process to create a project plan that can then be used as input for any project management system is very much part of project management.

This session recognises the need for project teams to communicate effectively, manage conflict productively, and use people skills to ensure the timely completion of projects. EMC, Cork in conjunction with the Centre for Project Management and Ireland Chapter PMI are very proud to present the following session on ‘Team Awareness in the Project Environment’.
