Forfás this month published the National Skills Bulletin for 2011 which highlights project management as a skill in great demand. The report quotes:
"Specific skills stated as a requirement in the vacancies descriptions for managers included: foreign languages (particularly for sales-related vacancies), project management, compliance and regulation, business/product development and innovation."
More specifically the high demand for IT project managers is highlighted four times in the report
