Job Vacancy - Project Manager, Minimum Competency Requirements

 

Role Purpose

To conduct a review of the MCR policy, structures and processes to ensure:

  • Policy is compliant with regard to regulations and best practises
  • Recommendations are made to support policy, including changes that may be required to current processes and roles to ensure that policy may be fully implemented and maintained

Key Skills

  • Stakeholder management - individual will be required to liaise with and gain buy in from senior stakeholders across the business
  • Project Management within financial services
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Risk environment
  • Working knowledge of HR operations within a large organisation
