Help required - Research in Risk Management and Project Complexity
Bond University in Australia is conducting Project-Management related research internationally, with a focus on the management of risk and project complexity.
The purpose of this research is to investigate how risk is managed by Project Managers on projects, to assess the perceived effectiveness of these approaches, including prescribed industry risk management standards, and to make recommendations for the improvement of risk management approaches and processes on projects of varying complexity.
The on-line questionnaire, to be completed by Project Managers, should take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete and needs to be submitted by 28 September 2011.
Support in this research will be very much appreciated and all participants completing the questionnaire will, on completion of the research, be sent (via email) an executive summary of the research findings.
